From the North:
Take I-44 to Springfield, MO to Route 65
South towards Branson to Hwy EE (THE HIGHLANDVILLE EXIT).
west on EE to Hwy 160.
At the light on Hwy EE go left onto Hwy 160,  it will turn into Hwy 13. Stay on Hwy 13 ( it will skirt around Branson West behind the Wal Mart superstore). Stay on 13 to JOE BALD Road / James River Rd. There is a large blue Whispering Woods Resort billboard on the right side of  Hwy 13 saying "Turn Here". Follow the instructions below.   Continue Below:

From Harrison, AR - Take Route 65 North to Route 86. Go West on 86 to Hwy 13. Go North on Hwy13 over the bridge through the town of Kimberling City to the 3RD stoplight at the JOE BALD ROAD turn on the left. (This exit is located across from the Kimberling City Chamber of Commerce building approximately two mile from the Kimberling City bridge)

Enter into the JOE BALD AREA and stay on the main road (yellow line) for approximately 2 miles. till you reach a stop sign, Joe Bald Rd and James River Rd are the same road
At this 3-way stop you will turn the to right, following the yellow line.
Continue on Joe Bald Rd / James River Rd. approx 2 more miles till you come down a steep hill with a guard rail, at the bottom of this hill you will see a street sign on the left side of the road that says “STONE RD“.
There is also a WHISPERING WOODS sign on this corner. This sign is just BEFORE the JOE BALD MARKET AND GAS STATION.
TAKE A LEFT AT THIS SIGN ONTO “STONE RD” and travel 1.1 miles (staying to the left at the “Y” in the road), go through the ARROWHEAD ESTATES pillars to the “ T “ intersection, then take a left turn and follow the curve around to the right and straight into Whispering Woods Resort.
