RESERVATION POLICY A 3 night prepayment is required on all cabins and 4 night prepayment on the Lake House and Lodge. Multiple group booking deposit may vary. Deposits must be received within 10 days of reservation. We appreciate your understanding that our business depends solely on advance reservations. Once we reserve a unit for a guest, we remove that unit from the market. Deposits will be refunded when we are able to refill that vacancy less a $50. fee. You are responsible for all days reserved. No refund for late arrivals or early departure Balance is due upon arrival.
